Terms & conditions

We offer refunds/exchanges on any stock/ready to ship units & ready to custom colour units. We offer exchange only for any custom/collection orders if your not happy with your order, as long as we receive back in its original condition. All shipping fees and custom charges are to be paid by the customer. 

 

PAYMENTS

Fabulace Beauty can only process orders through our website once full payment has been received. When ordering a custom lace wig we can accept a partial payment upfront and then our clients can pay the remaining amount before sending out your order. A receipt will be emailed once payment is confirmed and received. We offer 5% discount for clients with medical hair loss and no vat (Vat is charged to UK clients only). Please see our how to order page to see the vat exemption form. The vat can also be refunded after making payment if needing to make an order quickly. 

When ordering a custom lace wig through our website, please email us at info@fabulacebeauty.co.uk with all your details and requirements and we will provide information regarding the price and delivery time. 

We always advise clients to have at least two units to wear to help prolong the life of your units. As our units are hand tied they are very delicate and require to be looked after well. 

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We offer refunds/exchanges on all our stock/ready to ship units and our ready to custom colour units as long as we receive back in the same condition and packaging. For custom or collection orders we can only offer an exchange. All customers will need to notify us by email within 3 days of receiving their order to be able to receive a refund/exchange.
 For custom, collection and ready to custom orders pictures will be emailed to you to confirm before sending, after you have confirmed your happy with the colour your order will be sent to you.

- Once you have received your unit you will need to inspect it by trying it on, making sure the goods fits you correctly and adheres to your order specifications. Please make sure the unit is correct to your specifications before cutting the lace.

· DO NOT cut the lace if you are not happy with your goods. Once the lace is cut off the unit we will not be able to exchange or refund the goods.

 We will only issue refund/exchange for ready to ship units & ready to custom colour units if the goods are still completely in its original state and packaging. Custom and collection orders are exchange only. Please note we can not process any refund or exchange until we receive and inspected the unit.

Please include your name on the delivery packaging when returning back for a refund or exchange. Please used DHL if returning overseas. If we receive packages with no name or details we will not able to process any return/exchange or repair until notified who the package is from. 

If you require a refund or exchange, the goods will need to be sent back to Fabulace Beauty's office address in its original state. All return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. Any custom fees/taxes need to be paid by the customer.

We do not offer custom made cap sizes at the moment, we go off your circumference and front to nape measurements to ensure to best fit. Our custom service allows you to send pictures of the desired colour or style you would like and we will create a very close match. 

If we receive your unit and it has been adjusted and is not in its original condition, we will not exchange, adjust or refund your goods and will inform you and post back your original order. Postage costs will need to be paid by customer in advance.

You the customer are responsible for all exchange, adjustment or refund shipping costs. We advise all customers to post their orders using Special Recorded and to inform us of the tracking number, as we will not be held responsible for any lost exchanges or returns. We will only process an exchange or refund once the goods have been received and inspected, please allow approximately 2 working days for your exchange or refund to be processed. Refunds may take 3/5 working days to be received back into your account. 

WIG CARE

We advise you to do a skin test of the adhesives/products you intend to use, allowing approximately 24 hours making sure there are no allergic reactions or effects. There is a large range of different products to apply your lace wig/hair pieces with, we can only inform you on the products we use. It is for you to experiment and research different brands to ensure you find the correct adhesive and products for your skin.

Take care and maintain your lace wig/hair piece by washing and deep conditioning your goods regularly to prevent it drying out. Please gently brush the hair daily with a wide comb or your fingers to prevent the hair from tangling and try to avoid using any clips or grips as this can cause your lace to tear. Please do not brush the hair excessively as it will pull the hairs out causing the hair on your lace wig to shed.

When purchasing a lace wig/hair piece we advise you to use our Fabulace Beauty Hair Care Guide. Please use this as a guide for your general information purposes only. Our information provided is not intended to replace medical advice given by a physician, please check the information with your doctor and health care provider prior to purchasing any goods.

GUARANTEES

Our goods do not come with any guarantees. Our lace wigs can last for approximately 1 year or longer if worn glueless, although the timescale depends on how well the unit is looked after and how often it is worn. When worn consistently every day and night your unit can last around 10 months if looked after correctly.

Please be aware that the hair on the unit will eventually become thinner. We advise you to purchase a TDI Knot sealer which seals the knot to help your unit last longer. If for some reason your order has a fault, this we be apparent within the first few weeks of wearing your unit. Please notify us of any problems through email straight away. 

If there is a fault with your unit within the first 4/5 months after the date of delivery we offer a free repair/refill or a replacement depending on the fault. If the unit is sent for a repair we can not offer a replacement wig while units are being repaired/refilled. We offer this service as we want every client to be happy with their purchase, this is very important to us.

If a unit is sent for a repair/refill it is the clients responsibility  to ensure they have another unit to wear while their unit is being refilled/repaired. We advise all clients to always have at least two units. It is the clients responsibility to inform us straight away if there are experiencing any problems.

CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel a custom or collection orders within 24 hours once an order has been placed. Confirmation of cancellation must be emailed to info@fabulacebeauty.co.uk
